Don't like. Example...from 9 - 11pm on Monday nights I am the only one in my entire department from my company staffed. I service about 300 employees/management during that time. I get emails and requests from all different directions. I get an email asking for some info. Then about an hour later that same person IM's me asking where is my info, I asked for it an hour ago. Now I just happened to be getting to it when I got that IM, but now they will wait a bit longer for it. My response was oh let me just skip all the requests in front of yours and get you your info, jees get in line!

When pressured for a decision or answer I always use the old Zig Ziglar line, "if you want an answer right now, the answer is no. If you give me some time to think it over, you might get a different answer. Do you want me to think it over, or give you an answer now?"
