So, the other Kinect thread is locked....

Just got a kinect (waiting at my front door after delivery today). Saw it on Amazon Warehouse deals for around $100 and thought what the hell. I mostly game online alone on the PS3 or 360, my wife has no interest in gaming usually buy she thought Kinect looked cool, and I think it will be a cool thing to get out when people are over.

Anyone have one? Any game recommendations?

It came with Kinect Adventures, considering picking up Kinect Sports soon....My wife might actually want Dance Central, but I have no interest, unless I'm playing alone at 2am where nobody will see me.

The "Gunstringer" game might be fun, which comes out sometime soon....They need to start pumping some games out for this thing....It sold 8 million units, so I would think it's going to have the backing of some developers to start pushing some things out.

I have one. Kinect Sports is really quite fun. I'd get that right away. Has a nice party mode that works kind of well as a drinking game.

Kinect Adventures was surprisingly good for being the game that came with it. Kinect Sports and Dance Central are the other two I have. Fun games and if you go balls out while running during the track events on Kinect Sports....you can work up a pretty good sweat.

I have incredible records in the track events on Kinect Sports. Like insane. Gonna go pro.
