Wildcats and I don't do anything for Valentine's Day but if we did I would pefer something that actually lasts. Flowers die, Edible Arrangements get eaten, etc. Even if it's something small...get her something she can look at and remember when you gave it to her.

Those are better for a crowd. If one person got an arrangement, the fruit would be rotten before you could eat it all. I'd rather have flowers. Or diamonds. ;)

I never buy women anything for V-day. If you set a low expectation early, she won't expect anything in the future.

Don't get her anything. Seriously. Maybe a card with a nice note...or just write it on paper.

Thats right! Get in the doghouse and stay there. That way anytime you do anything good they love it!

I am getting a couple 5x7 pics of us and put them in frames with a card probly cost about 20 bucks total.....she said she doesnt want flowers cause it s a waste we'll see cause she gushes over them every time she gets them, but we are going to dinner at hyde park on sat so that will probably cost me 200 easy, so i want to save a little by not spending another 80 on flowers. I also am going to exlpore getting some t-shirts or something made. i def want to make this look thoughtful and that some effort was made basically.

SMH at these females...making us all look bad.

Serious question for guys that get their S.O. something...would she actually be upset or mad if you didn't?

If a woman ever puts me in the dog house, I will find another women. They know this, I tell them that the first day of our "relationship".

i think she would be sad/dissapointed maybe not mad....also we have been talking about getting dressed up and going to a nice dinner for about 6-7 mos....valentines just provided a good excuse. I dont think it will be a tradition. My S.O. does want to see some thoughtfullness involved it doesnt have to be expensive
