First wrestling CBC Jr High female champion! Olivia Shore from Graham.
"The 12 year, Shore, is the very first female to earn a spot on varsity at the Graham middle school and also the first female to win a Central Buckeye Conference championship. Not only did she win a conference crown this past weekend, but did so in impressive fashion, scoring two first period falls after an opening round bye. Oh and this young lady also came in the #1 seed, something we will also assume was a first for this conference or most any conference around the state.
Olivia is currently 12-2 on her school season, with one of those losses coming via default after she suffered a broken finger. Eleven of her twelve in-season wins have come in the first period."
