First off, Buckner is the most biased announcer Ive ever heard (during Pacer games) and he is pretty biased when doing IU games as well. But who cares with amazing calls (sounds?) like this.

"Oh My Goodness! Oh Young Fella Dont Give GJsafdidajkn sfkjIKE That. Oh My FrEQskfjfdvsf;OHHOzcbasfdjdhafslndcilasfdiu. He he." That is basically what I got out of Buckner last night lol.

I miss Buckner from the old CBS broadcasts, especially in the NCAA Tournament. He called many of the Loyola Marymount games during the Hank Gathers and Bo Kimble era, which was before my time, but I have a few of them on tape. Bucker did the famous 148-141 (I believe) OT game between LMU and Louisiana State in 1990, which featured Kimble, Gathers, Shaq and Chris Anderson. Tremendous action.

He has great knowledge, a superb vocal delivery and even better charisma.
