Seriously dude as the HS wrestling moderator I implore you to ban this Falcons81 ass clown. Not only has he jeopardized threads about his situation he is now making insults and threats via private messages to people who won't get in line with his delusional thought process.

I am sure working in the insurance industry you understand the legal implications you are being exposed to with his slanderous accusations. His statements are actionable and allowing him to continue these diatribes is increasing this sites liability. Which do you think he is banned on Yappi?

I don't see how IMO OhioChatter, Justin, myself, any of would be liable for what he posted. As far as I can see he didn't name names but he does list positions so that's not hard to ID. He is the only one stating it so again IMO it's on him as I posted that in the thread as well a few times. The thread is freaking insane though, I don't know if there is a better movie script out there. He said the hearing is Friday on his kid's eligibility. Once he posts the results of that it could lead to many different things either way, again any thoughts or suggestions?

I think he did that as he ID'd himself and was basically saying if you are going to slam me ID yourself but they didn't and of course he didn't out them either even if he knows who they are so I don't see he harm on that. Guys just my two cents here: I don't of course have a dog in this fight, hell I'm not even in Ohio. The thread has gone off course alot, even by the OP himself. Stick to the topic which is the eligibility of the two wrestlers. Hopefully Friday the hearing will clear this up and it will go away.

From reading the thread, I do think Falcons is somewhat insane. I can understand why he's so passionate about this issue, considering it is his kids' eligibility at stake, but jebus. He's good for a handful of 1000-word diatribes per day and it really doesn't take a genius to read between the lines enough to get the idea he seems to be a class A asshole who's probably in the situation he is in part due to how he comes off as an arrogant, insufferable prick. From reading everything, I came to the conclusion that if I'd been affiliated with the Tuslaw program, I would have told him that regardless of how good his sons are, to get the fuck away from my team.

So now he is upset because they broke rules and were ruled ineligible.

Heretic, in 24 PAGES of bullshit, that is the best summarization I can possibly imagine. The guy is straight up crazy and I feel so bad for his kids. He's trying to give them every opportunity, however he cut corners and got busted. Now all the bluster is just to cover that HE is the one making his kids miserable and HE is the one that caused them to be ineligible.

Last I looked at that thread, a poster claiming to be his wife chimed in with the same sort of long, babbling rant that Falcons constantly makes. I was half expecting her to include "and I give my husband a BJ every day because he's a man and he DESERVES it!!!" since she was verbally blowing him as the greatest dad in the world, but was sadly disappointed.

Batshit crazy Falcons still in fine form. Except I'm disappointed that he decided to scrap the crazy militia pic of him holding the two rifles and replace it with a generic family pic.

Yeah his militia pic was funny! Momma N has posted a few times it appears as well. I just threatened to shut it down though if they don't stop using partial swear words using %^& etc..to filter it out!

Falcons is going from just saying "the Tuslaw coach" to saying his name. Let's be real, anyone who wanted to know who he was talking about when he said "the head coach" could find out easily, but he's, in my opinion, going over the line and flat out calling out people as cowards, liars, drunks, etc. when we haven't been given proof of anything. He could be a shady liar looking to overwhelm people with his arrogance and willingness to hire lawyers. I don't know.

My opinion is that the thread should be about the eligibility issue. Not about Mr. Nelson as a person, not about the Tuslaw community, but about how they were ruled ineligible and if it was a just ruling. If people want to take shots, eliminate the thread.

Oh...I already unapproved a post essentially saying that if Nelson would just move, he'd have a lot of people there to help. It was by a poster named bearbacker71 and his first post. I IP'd him and found that 4RINGZ crafted an alt to lash out against the OP since apparently the PM he sent Fab didn't accomplish what he wanted.

I think allowing a mocking thread on a situation that deeply hurts to young kids is distasteful but do what you may. A thread thats not eligibility...Really? How a bout naming the thread , A thread about nothing. Mocking may be funny to the idiots but not to people who are effected. Its the same thread and should be closed. Ok first off I didn't start the thread but as you know it is very lax here, this isn't JJ's. Second of all I don't have anything against you and have repeated that and wished you well many times. Do not attack me here, if things can't be made light of well then I am sorry. If you can't see that your eligibilty thread has created it's own monster for this site, you, and others then I can't help you. There is nothing wrong with EITHER thread, you cannot have it both ways!
