Yeah it is. Had it for the first time last Summer and it's definitely a good warm weather beer.

Almost done with Duvel, not sure what next. In the fridge I've got Hazed and Infuzed, bashah, Founders Breakfast Stout, Brooklyn BCS, Old Raspy, and Yuengling.

Curly this will be my first time trying a "bourbon beer". Im gonna try one tomorrow. I'll let you know what I think. Just seemed interesting. I'm real excited to hit the two stones I got. I've actually got a bit of a
Head cold so my taste is off. So tonight I just drank a couple blue moons that were in the fridge. Couldn't taste them anyways ! :)

Just can't get into Hefeweizens. I've tried, but something about the aftertaste just doesn't agree with me.

Depends. If that's your third, I'd just do the Yuengling. Gotta save the rest for when your taste buds are sharp again.

I say it's different because it's not like a bourbon barrel aged beer which I like. This one has a lot of bourbon flavor. Almost like a boilermaker, meaning a shot of bourbon dropped in a glass of beer. For me there is a little too much bourbon flavor like it's 'faked'. Not a horrible beer just not one of my favs. One goes a long way with me...but that's just my opinion.

Was craving some Jolly Pumpkin so I had to splurge a bit and got a bottle of Biere de Mars along with some Victory Golden Monkey. Going to open it as soon as it cools down a bit.

You and those JP's. That's one brewery I'm having trouble finding down here in Cincitucky.

It's been a while since I had me some Golden Monkey. Solid beer.

Probably making my beer run to The Jungle tomorrow.

Yeah they have become my favorite brewery, although my favorites from JP aren't cheap otherwise I'd buy it every week. I've actually never had Golden Monkey and wanted to get something new so I thought I'd try it out.

Had a few Golden Monkeys; thought they were decent. Finishing my JP Biere de Mars now and I'm thinking this might be my favorite beer. Was the first Jolly Pumpkin beer I ever had and instantly got me hooked on their stuff.

That was the view at dinner. And the Deshutes was 50 cents cheaper than any of their other beers. $4 is not bad in my book for at a restaurant and in Hawaii. Had a bunch.

Hyde Park Kroger has tons of Jolly Pumpkin.

Also, Friday got my hands on a 4-pack of Lake Erie Monster, delicious.

Yikes. I'm not sure. I want to, but I'm going to Founders Fest the week after that. I'm worried that my liver will shut down.

Founders Fest. That sounds cool. I might have to look into that next year, if the world don't in this December.

The Wife and I have our tickets for both nights of the beer fest. Sounds like Saturday will be a sell out. Not sure about Friday night though.

Had the DFH Urkontinet. Not sure what all I tasted in it, but it was full of awesomeness. Dark and Robust. I'm hoping I can get another one at the Jungle. (It was a behind the counter type of deal...very limited there)

Now onto the Stone Sublimely Self Righteous.

I have never seen it in stores, I thought they only had it at the brewpub. Awesome.

It's seasonal. May-July every year. But yeah they have it at the brewpub year round. Had it at the GL brew pub back in January. A lot better when I had it Friday night.....but IPAs are always better when they're fresh. And I'm pretty sure this batch of Lake Erie Monster was JUST released.
