Just got back from the store and also saw it for $13.99

Grabbed another 4pack of the Monster, a 6pack of Sculpin, and a 6pack of 21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon.

The Hell or High Watermelon is an awesome summer beer. Not only because it's a light, refreshing wheat beer with just a HINT of watermelon (real, not artificial) flavor, but also because it comes in cans.

I like it and have had it on several occasions, but I know there are those that don't though. I'm a fan of 21st Amendment. I've liked everything I've tried from them.

the kroger by me has such a weak beer selection. Went with the summer ale from Sam Adams. Wanted something different from my sierra nevada, and nothing stood out. Jungle jims needs to be in my future pretty damn soon.

The Wife likes that one. I'm not to big on it, but I'll drink it in a pinch.

If you wanna get technical.....it's really only half beer. Shandys by definition are beer mixed with some sort of fruity drink/soda.

night or day? I'll be watching the Champion's league final so if I was to make it out there, it would be around dinner time.

More than likely late afternoon or early evening. It's a mad house there until around 6pm. The Wife wants to eat a Gordo's, again before we go on Vacation next week.

I gave my GE a list of beers I'd like to see them carry and first dude laughed. Then he got most of them in and voila the beers are disappearing.

When I was in cbus, the Giant Eagle I used to go too had liquor sales plus a shitload of craft beers. I lived in bexley, and this was just a little bit to the south of bexley. It was awesome to have that kind of selection.

South of Bexley would probably be Hamilton Rd GE and they have good selection as well. I live in Lancaster and my GE is outstanding.
