I am white, yes.
I have no need, desire, or logical justification for feeling superior in comparison to anyone else, especially over something as trivial as beer.
I virtually never "fuck up [my] mental cognizance" through the use of alcohol ... and if that was the end game, I'd buy cheap liquor.
I love my life.
I love my wife.
I have no kids.
I'm my own boss, so I like my job quite a bit.
I will not buy a 12-pack of Bud Ice, as I won't enjoy it.
I'd say that makes you 1-for-8 in correct assumptions. Way to go.
Seriously, do you get this bent out of shape over people whose hobby is something like fine wine, muscle cars, etc?
Is anyone who becomes too familiar with their hobby, and thus enjoys sharing said hobby experiences with others who share the same interest, someone fitting the gross generalization you've listed above?
I guess the whole notion of not jumping to conclusions or making ignorant assumptions only applies to topics convenient to your views, then, huh?
Seriously, if you don't care about the craft side of brewing and beer, I don't give a shit. You're not a bad person or a dumb person. You're just not into the same things I am. I'm okay with that, so I'm not sure why you'd assume otherwise.
But ultimately, if you don't care about it, then either get the fuck off the thread, or at the very least, just shut the fuck up and try not to look like an ignorant, argumentative asshole.
