I haven't seen the 75 Minute yet this year. I'll have to look for it. I got a bottle of it last year, but it's long gone.

No, with this one I think they just call it that because its a mix of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs. But like BORIS said, the 60 and 90 refer to how long they continuously hop the mash (I think) while they're brewing it. The chemicals in hops break down while you're boiling them, so if continuously add fresh hops, it adds more hop flavor, and more importantly, more alcohol content.
