I was thinking of calling Fox 8 and seeing if Allie LaForce would come down to our game, when shes not taping, I would buy her a Hot Chocolate, and maybe a house....:D

Beast is trying to decide....Is Beast a fan that wants to sit in the rain and watch The Bears...Orr/WH...Smith/Hills....or stay dry.....

Could ,by my accounts be the upset i have predicted in Crestucky....as Crestuckians predict..it could be over by half.

2 other very good games in store...

Rittman/Chippewa...Maybe thats the barnburner to see!

Or maybe i sit home and look for DVR'd American Idol....you know...Catch some Seacrest! ;)

Rittman beat Chippewa 7-0...only touchdown came in late 3rd early 4th quarter. Really sloppy game by both teams. Glad we could pull out a W though :)

Dogs lost 16-14. Dogs really outplayed NW the almost the whole game. The Dogs got down to the 3 with under a minute to play but could not punch it in. Heartbreaker for the Dogs. Keep your heads up Dogs!

Well here's my breakdown of this weeks games:

Hillsdale/Smithville: So many good things to post about
1. Hillsdale has some real horses on their team....I think they have more players than Orrville has.
2. Halftime=Auction time in Jeromesville.
3. Officials were pretty bad....very old crew.
4. The PA announcer was the biggest homer I've ever heard lol
5. The goalline stand really reminded of the Delphos St. Johns game.
6. Was a great game for 3 quarters and then a questionable call kicking a FG which was missed on 4 & 4 by the Smithies really turned the momentum around.
7. Smithville needs to find the pass defense....Hillsdale needs to sustain drives and quit depending on the big play.
8. Go Falcons, sorry we weren't able to meet up, but I felt bad asking you to come meet me with you carrying that HUGE bell.
9. O-Trap, nice meeting you and hope to see you at another game soon....you know your Smithie football!
10. Oldsmithie, it's been awhile since we've gone to a game together but had fun.
11. I feel bad for Hillsdale, the schedule just isn't helping them at all for playoff points, they have a solid team.

Bulldogs/Huskies:
Sounded like it was a pretty good game to watch with two young teams going at it...Dalton keep your head up and keep working hard, it will payoff trust me.

Waynedale/Norwayne:
My heart goes out to beast....from the sounds of it next week won't be pretty either.

Indians/Indians:
Chief Dennis got the screen going early and often and pulled one out in a slugfest of winless teams.

Northwestern ends up beating Dalton 16-14. Thought both teams were evenly matched, Dawgs lead 14-8 at halftime. Second half neither team really moved the ball that much until their last offensive series. Huskies converted a 4th and 13 for a touchdown to take the lead, then the Dawgs take the kick off and march down the field to the Huskies 2. First and goal with about a minute to go in the game and unable to punch one in for the win. First play was a spike to stop the clock, second and third downs were run plays and on 4th down, a pass got knocked down at the line of scrimmage. Tough loss for the Bulldogs!!
