I agree with most points.
I'd also suggest that editing someones post and re-quoting shouldn't be allowed....its dumb and childish. It is a ban-able offense on other forums I frequent.

Just a suggestion. I actually don't mind the basement and find it entertaining every now and then.

Will the trolling rules be enforced on people who get angry that someones opinion is different than their own?
Will people who make claims about someone but cant/dont back them up be punished?
What about off-topic posts in a topic?
And what about a mod reevaluation, like it was stated, some of the mods are some of the worst offenders at what you are trying to get rid of.
