Oh geez, the unknowledgeable haters crawl out from under their rocks when Ohio State lays an embarrassing blowout on Purdue.

How so?
All I'm saying is beating Purdue at home isn't an impressive win.
They've had one impressive win this year, at Illinois.

Beating the 12th ranked team in the nation in the fashion that Ohio State did, is indeed impressive.

So you don't think OSU's win tonight was impressive? Did you need a 50 point win for that?SportsAndLady;653569 wrote:How so?

OSU just DRILLED the #12 team in the country. Absolutely drilled them. That is called IMPRESSIVE you moron. The first half was a freaking clinic and one of the best halves of bball I have see in a LONG while. Don't make yourself look more stupid then you already are. That was without question...IMPRESSIVE and then some. Good nite.SportsAndLady;653569 wrote:How so?

wow, what a game. It really shows what OSU can do when they are knocking down outside shots and playing lock down D.

Well beating them by 30 was impressive..but OSU should beat Purdue (don't give me this 12th in the nation, they aren't the #12 best team in the nation...with Hummel i'll give it to you) on their home court...nothing to get impressed over. Especially not the way Purdue played, wow were they bad. <---I know i know, OSU made them look bad..I know

S&L, that win was impressive. And Purdue IS the 12th ranked team in the country, whether you agree with it or not.
This was the most complete game I've seen from ANY team thus far this season. Absolutely beautiful display of college basketball by the Bucks. This team is so unselfish, disciplined, tough, gritty, and clutch.

I knew I was gonna get this response.
Listen, if you truly believe Purdue is worthy of a top 20 ranking, then by all means count this as an impressive win...those of us objective fans of basketball will continue to think Purdue is not a very good team without Robbie Hummel.

Ehh, I really only think teams average 2-4 impressive victories a year. I don't count beating a team with 2 good players on it worthy of an impressive victory. Beating a top 25 team on the road, impressive. Beating a top 10 team at home, impressive. That's about it.
I'm not saying OSU isn't a good team..they are clearly right now the best team in college basketball. But the one guy needs to chill out on the "no one can come close to us" jargon.

I was simply pointing out how impressive going 23-29 in one half is. I did not say that was an impressive win.

Damn, you're kidding right?
BTW Hummel hasn't played all fucking year, not sure how they're #12...oh yeah, they're good even without him
Bucks made them their bitch tonight.
Spare me the objective all knowing horseshit

Yeah, I mean obviously the people that ranked them the 12th team in the nation don't know what they're talking about. I'm sure you're much more knowledgeable regarding basketball than the people who vote on the rankings.SportsAndLady;653598 wrote:I knew I was gonna get this response.
