He threw for over 300 yards and 3 tds. He shredded em, hes the MVP

What a great game!!!

Congrats to both teams for having outstanding seasons and for giving us a great game to watch....who knows this could be it for a while unless they get the new CBA.

Despite all the injuries and freaking dropped passes for Green Bay, they were still able to get it done. Honestly when I saw Driver and Woodson go out I thought for sure the Steelers were going to win. Thank God for Aaron Rogers!

Default?? Great numbers despite all the drops.

When do you think they invented the NFL? 1967?

Yeah, I hope the earlier post was sarcastic. Rodgers played a whale of a game. He should have passed for 360 yards and 4 TDs if James Jones could catch a ball thrown into his hands. Rodgers played as well at the QB position in the Super Bowl as anyone in the last several years. He's not only the MVP, he's a unanimous MVP.

IF the receivers don't drop passes Rogers has over 400 yards passing and probably 4 maybe 5 td's.....the first drive drop (idk if Nelson could've scored on that one) then that slant to Jones (that went right through his hands and NOONE was behind him)

They have won the NFL Championship 13 times. 4 (2 if you get really technical, as the first 2 weren't called it at the time) of those times were under the moniker of Super Bowl.

They were all in the NFL, the merger wasn't the creation of a new league.

The slant was to Jones - not Nelson.

I blame Tomlin. I mean if he spent more time coaching and less time acting on House, they'd have won. Just saw him in another House commercial.;)

My point, was simply I hate seeing the QB be the default MVP. Good stats or not. it's a WCO where the RB is non-existent but as a passer. Unless someone really wows you, the winning QB seems to get it.

And a good day for the officials. Virtually no calls to be second guessed, so they correctly and desiredly won't be remembered!
