The game is won on the field not in the media. Time to just go out and take care of business

The standard is the standard

It was Joe Flacco and the Ravens time just like it was Rex Ryan, Mark Sanchez and the Jets time.

Now it's the Packers time, supposedly.

Good luck with that.

I'm referring more to the national media and just the general buzz before the game.

A lot of people thought the Jets were coming in as the hot team after beating the Patriots and they were down 24-0 at halftime.

Yogi Berra's pick

"Green Bay, 23-20. The best team should win and it could also be Pittsburgh."

All of the medical experts or just players who have had that injury, they all said there was no way he would be able to recover in that timeframe to be able to play effectively.

I was surprised how optimistic he sounded at media day. He was really not close to playing.

Oh i know. It was a ruse all along.

Had a high ankle sprain....and ligament pulled part of the bone away just a little bit.

Took me a few weeks before I could walk without a limp...very painful injury

I hope Jerome and Dermontti make the HOF tonight but I doubt it. Bettis will get in but probably not on his first shot. Dawson should've been in by now.

There's a lot of good players fighting for only a few spots.

I also think Ed Sabol from NFL Films should be in.

He probably will be in eventually just give it to him now since he's like 95 years old.

I don't think Bettis will get in this time, not with Marshall Faulk and Curtis Martin as the other two running backs. "Dirt" Dawson should get in and yes, it's a shame he hasn't made the HOF yet.

Speaking of shames, how in the hell is LC Greenwood not in the HOF or not even mentioned as a finalist? Greatest defensive end that ever played IMO.

Walt Anderson is the referee.

Solid ref. No real history of controvery in Steelers games or elsewhere.

Phil Simms threatens to punch Desmond Howard
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/02/05/phil-simms-threatens-to-punch-desmond-howard/
On Saturday afternoon, Howard posted a series of tweets detailing a recent encounter with Simms which allegedly ended with Simms threatening to punch Howard.

“At NFL Xperience and Phil Simms just threatened 2 hit me b/c I said his son was 1 of the worse QBs in the SEC,” Howard tweeted. “I told (Phil) ‘LET’S GO.’”

ROTFLMAO , too bad the cops broke it up.

Funny how Phil could even verbally spar with someone given how he walks around with Peyton's dick in his mouth.

Line has moved to GB -3. I was already hitting Pitts at 2.5 so I am thrilled to be getting the 3.
