Why did he get arrested for having sex with a corpse if he supposedly administered CPR and called an ambulance? There's something fishy there because if things look normal like they're on a date and she clearly just passed away minutes earlier I don't think the cops would arrest you for that.

Just that a coma is a very possible side-effect. Oftentimes a desirable one, as it puts a stop to the complaining, pleading and escape attempts.
