Give the college, years, and some of your favorites, whether or not they are still in existence or not

OSU-1980-1985
In no particular order:
Dominos-thin and 30 minutes or less at the time-I never ate it before I lived in Columbus
Donatos-had a few times but was far away from us
Pizza City-not bad, ate in a few times
Caberet-thick, maybe not the best, but had ridiculous specials like a 16 inch for 3.99-very tempting to college students
Hymies-on High street-Mondays all you can eat for what was it-$5 or so. Needless to say, we at there on alot of Mondays

There were probably a few more

It's currently Mad Mushroom at Kentucky. They have locations at Purdue and Indiana I think, too.

Back in my BGSU days 1971 .... The only places I remember is Howards, The Wooster Wine Shop, The Clock ... and Student Union …..one for drinking and the other for breakfast after drinking and the other for finding someone who knew where my classes where…on Monday

Papa John's at OSU only because the guy who delivered to my dorm only had 2 fingers on each hand. We called him Two Fingers McGee. I'm not sure which was more awkward, watching him count out change or trying to hand me the copy of my Buck ID receipt.

Never found a good local spot in college - so it was either Papa John's (often) or the Tombstone Supreme in the microwave.

In grad school I'd go to a local spot - Crozet Pizza in Crozet, VA

http://www.crozetpizza.net/

Very good, probably doesn't deserve to be on top 10 pizza places in the U.S. lists that I've seen it on.

Marietta - 2003 - '07 - Smitty's pizza (notably, the double bacon cheeseburger pizza)

I partied frequently with some HS buddies in Athens and grew quite fond of the Avalanche pizza.

OSU = late 70's/early 80's - another vote for Cabrenet.

Certainly not the best pizza on South Campus, but the price was right, they delivered quickly (on busy nights, they had one guy driving back and forth to Smith/Steeb and a second person stationed in the dorms to actually hand over the pizza and collect the cash) - and with the thick crush, it was all two people could do to put away just one large pizza.

U of Toledo, where we would get stuff from Sofo's and make our own...as far as delivered pizza, it'd be from Dominos 'cause it was free (the delivery, not the pizza)

Ohio State 83-87...

Used to get a lot from Grandstand...corner of 4th and Chittenden...we lived next door, it sucked out loud but was cheap.

I actually delivered for them for a short time, owner was the biggest fucking loser you ever would want to meet. I swear he never ate a damn thing out outside the confines of that place, big ole' man titties, covered in filth from head to toe. Thought he was such a Billy bad ass, would pay you in cash from behind this shitty little desk in the basement with a loaded .45 sitting in front of him...lol...asshole.

BGSU 04-08

In no particular order
Myles-Could only eat 1 piece because of all the toppings
Campus Polleyes- Chicken and Cheese or Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Bread Sticks
Papa Johns- 1 Buddy was the manager and 3-4 others were drivers, so we would get a shit ton of food and only have to the driver $10

Not a Pizza Place but Pita Pit was GOAT
