Another said that LeBron will come out today and say he didn't know the definition of Karma(like he did with contraction).

Thats some good stuff right there.

Officials fucked us. A call here..a call there and it is a 40 pt game.
Yeah the officials were awful, I think it started when they decided to go ahead and have the jump ball to start the game.

There's a lot of season left but LeBron has got to feel like he's getting the last laugh.

That tweet was salt in the wound.

Yes. Cavs didn't stab him in the back or hold him hostage the way he did to Cleveland.

Didn't watch the game, so I can't comment on specifics. But this really shouldn't be all that surprising when the Cavs are playing Manny Harris 41 minutes. Yes, this team should have more pride and are not as bad as this score, so it should be embarrassing.

As for James, what else would you expect? I'm not going to say what he tweeted was right or wrong, but when the owner of the franchise rips him the way Gilbert did, Lebron probably hopes they lose every single game, and that I do not blame him for.

Things will only continue to get uglier for the Cavs. They are now dealing with injuries, everyone on the roster has basically proved to have little value and now people are saying the players are quitting on the coach. I thought maybe they were only a few years away, but they are worse now than they ever were prior to Lebron.

Gilbert, the guy Lebron made millions for, didn't stab Lebron in the back with his letter?

Ummm, yes. Cleveland didn't leave LeBron. Cleveland loved him and did everything the could to support him. They showed up for games with intensity (which is much more than Miami fans can say). They were wronged and were responding as any betrayed person would. And they weren't wronged solely because LeBron left. It was because of how he did it mostly that made it terrible. There were going to be upset people if he left mainly because he lied to Cleveland (About bringing a championship before leaving). But the way he did it made it worse.

If there actually was such a thing as Karma in the world, LeBron would never win an NBA championship and go down as one of the biggest choke artists of all time.

You can't stab someone in the back 2 seconds after they just spit in your face and threw shit at you.

I understand that's how most people feel, and I'm fine with that. But to take a jab at the Miami fans is comical. You think Lebron really cares about the fan base in the regular season? He went to Miami to win a championship, not because of fan support.

As for him lying about bringing a Championship, that's just stupid. That's like the freshman girl in HS telling you that you will be together "forever". And then three weeks later she dumps you and you hold a grudge because she is a liar. It's just really immature to say he lied about a championship.

He's not a 14 year old hormonal girl. He was a grown man when he made that commitment. So yes, you can hold it against him.

And ya, it is fair to take a jab at Miami fans. Any fan base that doesn't support a team of that talent level is pathetic. Florida professional sports fans in general are pathetic... besides the weather and lack of income tax there is no reason to play there if you actually like playing for a town that will appreciate you.

And will you all be calling Dan Gilbert a liar when the Cavs don't win a ring before Bron does?

Oh wait, it will be ok because Gilbert was mad at the time he said it.

I wouldn't expect a mail room guy to understand the dynamics and etiquette in an employer/employee relationship.

I would call you a deadbeat considering you've been jobless, but I heard you got the greeter job at walmart yesterday, so congrats!

If Dan Gilbert simply quits on the team and sells it than yes. But if he does everything in his power and falls short of his goal, than I will be satisfied that he tried.

Did LeBron do everything in his power to win a ring BEFORE he left? Hell no, he chose to leave. Secondly, there is no denying that he quit on the team against the Celtics. Anyone who watched could see it happen.

But you could say Gilbert quit on the team by NOT getting a big time player to come in and play with Bron. He was satisfied with 2nd rate players.

I just unapproved two posts that contained personal attacks. Try to discuss the topic without doing that. Next person to do so gets an infraction fyi.

^^ You are pissed because Lebron quit once. He also carried the team that is obviously TERRIBLE on his back for 8 years and got them pretty deep in the playoffs. He won some MVPs and tried his best to win you a title. The big problem was the front office never giving him teammates.

Haha, Gilbert and the management were making every move they possibly could. People were always amazed with the trades they were making and giving away so little. That's an invalid criticism. You can't fault Gilbert or the management for that.

Now if they did what Miami did in tanking a year and unloading to make space AND LeBron then left, then yes, you could say that. But as the situation unfolded, that's a ridiculous criticism.

Why are people acting like the front office did nothing? They were one of if not the most active teams as far as trying to upgrade their roster to make a run. They did as much as they could do. Just because it didn't work doesn't mean they didn't try.

Again spot on, but my god seriously guys just go read the old cavs offseason threads. This really is a dead horse.
