19 hrs to kickoff. The excitement is building. Pittsburgh had a pep rally today at noon and a concert tonight to pump up the fans. Just wondering what's going on in the shithole they call Cleveland? hahahaaaaa Someday you pukes will know what's it like to be in the playoffs. Well, maybe not.

Pep rally? Pittsburgh hasn't graduated from high school yet huh? They're so minor league.

True story from today. I am at the grocery store wearing my Steelers game day jacket, the following is an actual conversation:

Some Guy: "Go Ravens."

Me: "Yeah, I take it you are a ravens fan?"

Some Guy: (laughing) No, I am a browns fan I want Pittsburgh to lose."

Me: "That's cool, but you know Pittsburgh plays the ravens today, right?"

Some Guy: "yeah and I hope they win for us Cleveland fans."

Me: "Really, the ravens?"

Some Guy: " Yep, that would be great."

Me: "well, good luck. You obviously don't get it. Have a nice day."

It's fine if the Ravens wear their throwback jerseys...

And don't try to give Cleveland credit for Ted Williams....he's Columbus'. You know, Columbus, where we just got done watching the #5 football team in the country win another BCS game, watch the #1 basketball team in the country play with the #1 freshman player in the country. Or we can check out our young, mediocre, but sometimes exciting hockey team in the best arena in the NHL long enough before our defending champion baseball team starts up alongside our routine playoff participant MLS team. Oh and we actually have things outside of sports to do here too....haha

NO self respecting Browns fan (laugh..I know) will pull for either team to win. You somehow wish the game will end in a stalemate.

Columbus is still a minor league city. just saying. Start winning some SuperBowls,World Series, and Stanley Cups and maybe you can talk. Until then enjoy your minor league shit.

So, RingZ, I will give you a "cool story, bro"! Ha ha ha! I was going to hold open the door for a lady going into the gas station yesterday, but she was wearing a Steelers coat, so I went in first. :-)

Lol, try 7 National championships, a basketball national championship, an MLS cup, and 8 AAA titles. Ohio State IS Columbus pro sports. Unlike their brethren to the north and south, Columbus>Pittsburgh when it comes to football with the most recent example being a 72-0 beat-down (ouch!). Not to mention they have (gasp!) other things to do besides watch sports. #1 zoo in the country, #1 science center in the country, multiple entertainment options, and the fortune of not looking like a piece of eastern europe thrown into the midwest. Columbus has been a growing city for some time now while Pittsburghers continue to fill their entertainment needs with trips to the shit pile known as the south side. The Jackets aren't a very old franchise so eventually they'll probably rake in a couple Stanley Cups, but for now they'll just have to settle with having the best arena in the NHL.

Have another kielbasa there Garrett...

And if you think that Columbus has the best hockey arena, you obviously have never been to Pittsburgh.
