What a grind of a win.
Wow, clutch free throws down the stretch.

I love these games for OSU. As I've said, it only makes them better.

Noticed the same thing. He knew he couldn't win playng with his mouth shut. He couldn't handle that "can't jump" Freshman locking him down defensively.

I agree. They need games like this, its only going to make them stronger later in the season.

Well, all three so far in the B10 have been this way really.
I like it, but the team still has got to improve that FT shooting.

The Wolverines are tough. They took Kansas to overtime on a cold shooting day where they couldn't buy an outside shot. I'll take a win like this every time. I would like to see the Buckeyes blow out someone here soon though just to remind everyone they can still do it.

Penn St comes into the Schott on Saturday, they are going to have to play better. Then Iowa on Wedensday.

Other than Lauderdale, not a bad FT shooting team, about the same as most teams theses days. Isn't it amazing that's the only small weakness this team has. Who would have thunk it? Remember the question marks before the season?

Penn State is playing good ball lately. Talor Battle is an animal. I can't expect a blowout in that one. Hopefully the Bucks can bend over the Hawkeyes.

Penn State is coming off wins against Michigan State and Illinois. They are a dangerous team. I hope the Bucks are prepared.

That's what I mean. With the way PSU is playing right now, OSU is going to have to play better overall to win.

Tough hard fought win on the road. Have to give credit to Michigan on the defensive end of the floor, they did a great job of denying the low post. Without the ability for Sully to even get his hands on the ball, the Bucks weren't able to get any inside out action that has been the bread and butter up to this point. Had a good number of turnovers trying to dojust that. Lack of three balls was the result. Luckily able to drive and take foul shots, though struggled (looking at you Lighty), made enough to exit Chrysler with a W.
Good experience game. Learned we need to get better foul shooting and come up with a plan for when the post is being denied effectively. Thomas might have been/could be an answer for post denial as long as he's driving for shots instead of chucking it up from deep.

Diebler gets to the line twice on a good night. He doesn't drive to get fouls.

PAY ATTENTION, what I said was they were "about the same as most these days". Later I used the word "weakness".
DO NOT misquote, it always makes one look bad.

It's not talking shit that everybody is up in arms about... It's how he was doing it.
He could have been T'd up the first time, but the 2nd time should have been a T. After scoring on a fastbreak drive over Lighty, he basically got in his face, chest bumped him and stared at him. All three things could warrant techs on their own, but he did all 3 together.
Oh well, the Bucks continue to dominate Bitchagain on the Court, just as they do on the football field.

Duke loses to a Florida State team very few gave any credit to when OSU beat them.
Looks like the Buckeyes will climb to No. 1 if they can win against PeeSU.
Not that it matters much in basketball. In the end, the winner has to do it on the court, not the polls.
