The Worst…. ever

What was the worst ever that you have experiences? … … (injury, date, vacation, meal ........ anything )

My latest worst ever was two years ago I was splitting wood with a wedge sledge. The log I was splitting started to tip to the side so when I hit it, it was a glancing blow and the wedge sledge hit me in the ankle (glancing shot) I was able to recover from the miss hit. I when down like a ton of bricks, broke the skin down to the bone and the pain was unbelievable. I was alone outside nobody around and some 50 yards from my house. I had some water and pour it over the ankle but that just brought on more stinging and pain. I laid there for 20 minute and the wonder if I could walk …. Good news not broken ..hurt like hell to walk.

Injury.....pinched nerve lower back. Was miserable..worst pain ever and it persisted with every move. Radiated down through my hip and down the leg.

Miserable...pure misery.

I think my worst latest was the kidney stone that I passed about 5 months ago. It was my first time passing a stone, and I had heard folks talk of the pain and how some say it feels pain-wise what a woman feels while giving birth. The nurses at the hospital told me that they had done both, and the stone was by far worse. After passing the stone....I tend to believe what they say. It was awful...just awful.

In 2007 I was in an automobile accident It was considered alcohol related cause i had a bal of .055 cause of having a cdl they charged me with a dui. I slid on Ice and wrecked my personal vehicle. I broke my leg and had to crawl to a house 50 yards away. It was prolly one of the worse moments in my life. I ended up spending 5k to fight the charge. did get it lowered but i was off work for 8 months almost lost everything i had. So yea it is by far the worst i had.

I've had my jaw broken and wired shut for 3 weeks...i've had a tumor in my arm that caused me to remove some of my bone from my hip to replace the bone in my arm (thus making me learn how to walk again)...i've broken my wrist a la chimdi chekwa playing football...all 3 of those have required some form of metal to be inserted into my body. I am slowly becoming a terminator. Those are my "worst ever" injuries.

Got my tonsils out over the summer. Worst pain ever. Couldn't swallow, but HAD to drink water or ice to keep wet. Totally miserable.

Was wrestling with a buddy a lil tipsy and I put my hand through a glass screen door. 55 stitches.
Bonus since I was drinking Beast I let one slip on the nurse stiching me up and she damn near passed out.

6 years ago, I decided to save some money and install my own broken water heater. The gas line was corroded and stuck so I took a pieve of 1-1/2 galv pipe to extend it for more leverage.

It was still stuck so i grabbed the ceiling joists of the basement and stood on the pipe using my weight to break the pipe loose.


I do not know what exactly happened but I thing the pipe rolled in the monkey wrench allowing it to ascend to my crotch an literally split my right testicle.

What did this cost me?

Two days in the hospital cost 4500.00 bucks and my right nut.

...Worst date.

I took this one girl out in high school who I thought ( based on what I heard) would be pretty easy to lay. As the evening went on, and things were going as I thought they would we parked and moved to my back seat. As I started helping her out of her clothes, she reaches into her bag & pulls out a small Bible. Unbelieveable....I'm ready to fuck and she had become a Jesus freak & began reading scripture to me. I was so fucking pissed that I threw both her and her clothes out of the car & drove to the bar I use to go to.

just this past week i had an infected fingernail (yes apparently this can happen). The doctor grabbed me by the wrist with one hand and took my infected index finger in the other, squeezed out a shitload of pus and blood (for a finger). then told me to put this antibacterial cream on it.

Worst pain i've ever felt. EVER.

There was this one time I had invited my boss and an important client over to the house for dinner and when they got here I realized the only wine I had in the house was a 1998 Mochien Cabarnet and a 2001 Rosselyn Farms Shiraz and we were serving Ahi Tuna!!! ....well you can just imagine my embarassment. Unbelievable. I hope nothing this terrible ever happens to me again.

thread bomber wins this thread as the worst ever....his story reminds me of a time when i was about 12-13 and was out riding bikes with friends. we used to build ramps and drive down crazy ass hills and over cliffs and stuff in SE ohio. well my buddy tried to ride down this insane hill on a bmx and slipped off the pedals while the bike went upwards. when we got to him he is in terrible pain like hes on fire and he pulls his shorts to the side and his nutsack was torn open...it was disgusting and im naseous now just thinking about it....i dont think he lost his nut tho.

so you probably never use the phrase, "I'd give my left nut..."

I broke my jaw and had it wired shut for 6 weeks, that was miserable.

Pain - two full-blown cases of meningitis. You cannot believe the headache - and the spinal taps weren't much fun either.

Experience - the night our first daughter was born. She was dying, and it appeared my wife was doing the same - in separate hospitals. :)
