Likewise, I have a hard time believing some15-16 year old girl is going to go ahead and believe that shit. Just sounds like high school shenanigans. Still don't know if the risk would be worth the reward.

Now knowing that this was his first year of football, I like him as well. He has a ton of potential and just needs to improve his technique. He won't be able to just toss guys to the side in college like he did on a lot of plays in the film. However, he is already pretty darn good in pass blocking. He just needs to learn to stay low and drive on the runs.

Update for our boy Speedofsand. ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED against Chris Carter. Now this is not the same as Chris Rainey who pled down to a misdemeanor.

wrong again. Rainey's charge was dropped to a misd. by the DA. Then he pled to deferred prosecution, which as I said before will result in ALL CHARGES BEING DROPPED.

Stop comparing a text message to what Carter did. That is not the same. Are you really a Buckeye fan or just trolling, because if you've read this board you should know I cheer for them every game, except when they play Florida. That is not very often. You don't seem smart enough to be a Buckeye. When do you get your GED?

No and no.

On a different note rivals had this to say about our QB situation. I think it is not far from the truth. I expect 3 if not 4 QBs to play in the first game and who ever has the hot hand starts the next. I hope someone not named Bauserman steps up and plays well enough to start and leave no doubt.

OHIO STATE
The candidates: Joe Bauserman (senior), Taylor Graham (redshirt freshman), Kenny Guiton (sophomore), Braxton Miller (freshman), Terrelle Pryor (senior).
The buzz: Pryor is headed into his fourth season as the starter, but it's his early season status -- he has been suspended by the NCAA for the first five games for receiving illegal benefits -- that makes Ohio State's quarterback situation worth watching. While Pryor never has quite lived up to his high school billing, he still has guided the Buckeyes to three BCS games and won two of them. He played some of his best football down the stretch in 2010 and would've been on every preseason Heisman list except for the little matter of the suspension. Ohio State is hopeful an appeal means the suspension is cut by one or two games, but the potential exists for Pryor's backup to start five games this fall. Bauserman, who played three seasons of minor league ball in the Pittsburgh Pirates' organization after high school, was Pryor's backup last season. He has thrown 47 passes in 24 career games. It's more likely, though, that Graham or Miller will start the opener. Graham's dad, Kent, played quarterback at Ohio State and in the NFL. He probably is the best pure passer on the roster. Miller, a highly touted true freshman, enrolled in January and will go through spring drills. He was the No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the nation out of Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne. Pryor had foot surgery last month, which means he could be held out of contact work in the spring. The length of his suspension may play a role in his replacement. Miller has a high ceiling, but do the coaches want to play him when they could redshirt him instead? It would seem that unless he is head and shoulders above Graham and Bauserman, he -- and the program -- would be better-served by him sitting out as a redshirt.
Projected starter: Graham early, then Pryor once his suspension is lifted.

Rumors going around that some Player(s) are going to be kicked off the team. Not sure who or what for, but they are definately just rumors as of now. All I've heard is that they/He are significant player(s)

I think there is a locked thread on the scout premium board, but I don't have a subscription so I can't read it.

Certainly wouldn't be surprised if it were true. We all knew we were signing more than we had space for, something has to give.

Writer for the O-Zone said OSU spokesperson said nobody has been kicked off the team.

So AS OF NOW nobody has been booted. Could that change in an hour or a day or so? Sure. But I doubt they'd say anything if such an action were pending.

I should've said recruiting more players than we had room for. If my numbers are correct, and someone please correct this if I'm wrong, we had 21 scholly seniors leaving, and Longo transferring. Which made 22 open spots. Chris Carter would be #23 for this year, plus we had offers to Walker, Story, and Jennings. Also, there's been talk of Wells being back in the spring, don't know what his situation would be scholly wise though.

Graham Glasgow is going to tOSU as a perferred walkon. I think he has potential to earn a scholarship quickly. He has a great agility, size and has only been played football for one season in high school. Good upside.

Today, 6 ft 7 inch, 305 pound Graham Glasgow from DeKalb IL accepted an offer to be a “preferred walk on” at Ohio State starting in the fall of 2011.

As a member of Illinois state finalist Marmion Academy in Aurora Illinois (yeah, that one), Glasgow also earned All State honors at left tackle. He was a late recruiting target, and had interest from Michigan and Michigan State. Graham’s parents also work with the athletic medicine program at Northern Illinois University, which explains former NIU and current Minnesota coach Jerry Kill’s interest in Glasgow in a preferred walk on roll as well.

Interestingly enough, it was his coach who encouraged the Buckeyes to evaluate him. What makes that intriguing is that his coach is a former offensive lineman at the University of Michigan and with the Chicago Bears.

As a “preferred walk-on”, he would not be on athletic scholarship at the beginning of his career, but would be amongst the first considered should a scholarship become available.

Yeah, kid has a terrible stance, looks to dominate weaker competition. Hopefully is a hard worker and ready to learn because his high school coaches didn't appear to teach him much.

That is because his high school coach was a former NFL OL from Michigan LOL.
