I don't like Tiger Woods, but I sure do like Augusta National. Been there twice.

If you ever get the PC version of tiger woods, you can create golf courses, and many users upload their golf courses to a particular site. All the major courses have been created. It is about time Augusta is licensed to be on TW though. Now they need to license the other 3 majors.

...and there goes money down the drain.

I am way to addicted to sports video games, and when one has an awesome new feature I will buy it.

Actually TW11 is pretty good IMO.

Has the Ryder Cup feature, as well as more Euro players.

So can anyone attest to TW games being any good on the Wii? Son took the X Box to college, (fine, it was his anyway) and I'm left with the fuckin' Wii...I hate i for the most part. Thought about getting the TW but really didn't think it would be worth it for the system.

No don't do it. Buy a PS3 with move or XBox with Kienct (if you want motion gaming). But TW will be superior on both, it just looks like crap on wii.

I hate the motion shit, fuck that, if I wanted exercise I'd go play. I thought about getting the "real controller" for the Wii, (you know, like the X Box and PS2/3) but if it looks like shit the F it. Maybe I'll get it for the 'puter.

Pretty big deal....always heard Augusta held pretty tight to who they license stuff too. Must've been a pretty hefty check.

You could try renting it when it comes out to see if it is decent on the Wii. And I'm sure plenty of places have reviews on it as well. I really can't off much input on it since I have never owned a gaming console. It's been several years since I've purchased Tiger Woods for my computer, but I'll definitely be buying this.

This article has a list of features for the game. Apparently there's no word yet if this will be supported by Xbox Kinect.

I'm sure it is, but 100% of the proceeds August National gets from this is being donated to charity.

Haven't played the TW series in a few years. Will definitely get this game now that Augusta is on the list.

You can now play a legit full PGA season on the game. You can play the Players are Sawgrass, The Masters at Augusta, The British at St. Andrews, and the US Open and PGA at places like Pebble Beach and the Atlanta Athletic Club. Then with all of the other find courses on the game you can really do a full PGA season just like the pros.

I will be interested to see how this does in sales because I believe it will be the biggest selling game of the series.

Here is the game trailer released this week with Jim Nantz. Apparently he and David Feherty will be doing all the commentary for the game.

Here is the 18 Hole Augusta flyover trailer they just put up yesterday. The graphics are just amazingly good as it looks just like how you would expect.

Only bummer is from what I can tell they don't have the Masters theme song in the game.

Ok, I didn't want to start a new thread so I'll post this here! Anyone that has TW 11, is there a secret to driving the ball more consistently or is it just the XP applied to the various skills?

Also, if anyone wants to play, my gamer tag is BigRed1995

XP will certainly help but your swing path with the joystick needs to be spot on
