The hits just keep on coming for Favre. I'm wondering when we will hear about the divorce from his wife. The $50,000 fine from the NFL was very weak, I'll agree.
"Brett here," the alleged text to O'Toole began. "(Y)ou and crissy want to get together im all alone(sic)."
He then allegedly sent a follow-up text, saying, "Kinda lonely tonight I guess I have bad intentions."


Scavo told her husband about the texts, and he called the football legend up, and "requested that he stop soliciting his wife for 'bad intentions' or to get together with her. Mr. Scavo further requested that Favre apologize for his inappropriate behavior of sexually harassing Christina Scavo and other massage therapists," the suit says.


Favre "responded in an inappropriate manner and refused to apologize," the filing says.
"He essentially told him to go away and as a celebrity he couldn't be bothered with the little people," said the therapists' lawyer, David Jarosclawicz.

Probably because she is a lying whore that just wants paid.

Not defending Favre but she would be more believable if she came out when Sterger did.

^i know you didnt say it, but how does the media talking about him or golding digging whores suing him for something that apparently happened years earlier make him a "jerk" or "he's always been a jerk". I've never rooted for the guy, but i liked watching him play. I dont see why people hate him because ESPN is always talking about him or something. If that bitch sterger was trying to get me in trouble for sexting her (which she probably did back, or something would have been said much sooner), i wouldnt cooperate either.

The Jets organization is also being sued by these two massage therapists.

Agreed about the time in between the alleged incident and the report being made. Andrea McNulty comes to mind. And then you're an easy target and they start piling on. You just can't put yourself in those situations though.

Actually people do it all the time. Depending on the Statute of Limitations in the particular state, they wait even longer. Saying they waited X years to file is not a defense, unless it is after the SOL. Who is to say the whore... er I mean, massage therapist, did not engage counsel a long time ago but they did not bring the matter forward until this time?

I am not saying it is a defense, I just think it is a coward way to go about things. If you think something wrong was done to you, then immediately get advice at the time of the events, and sue if you think its appropriate. Don't wait 2 years and for the particular person to already be under scrutiny with the media to finally sue the person.
