This draft is loaded w/ WCO receivers. Throw in Pettis and Sanzenbacher w/ the above mentioned.

I've been hearing Torrey Smith's name associated with the Browns and I'm not a fan. Have heard he can run great "go" patterns but he's raw. Hopefully that's Randall "Tex" Cobb and he will knock out James Harrison when he's coming across the middle. ;)

I like the Tandon Doss mention. He played in a crazy, spread offense at Indiana and excelled. Had pretty big games against some of the tougher defenses they faced as well. Also a viable return man.

But of the mentioned players above, I love Titus Young out of Boise.

I'm probably in the minority but I think Jeff Maehl will be a good WCO/Slot WR in the NFL. He'd be a good late round/UDFA pick up.

Yea I kinda forgot about Maehl. He had a lot of great games at Oregon...he could be a nice late round pick up to help out the WR position. From watching him play, he has pretty good hands and runs good routes.

I was just kidding; Oakland likes to draft players based on speed....this guy comes out of nowhere, he must have some speed Al David likes

I've seen Maehl going to the Browns late in several mocks. Most mocks I've seen have them selecting two receivers. Hopefully they won't both be in the second round after a trade down ala Mangini (fucker). :(

As long as one of them is a Buckeye, we're golden. :)

Where is Stephen Paea projected in the latest mocks?

Id love to land that guy early second or late first, if they trade down.

On Scouts top 32 Paea is the 28th overall prospect. So he could probably go anywhere from late first to early second.

I think there's going to be a lot of stupid shit going on with teams reaching, big time, for QB's in the first round. Let's hope so as it will only push better players to the Browns in the 2nd.

So, what's going on with FA's? After the ruling against the NFL yesterday, isn't it kind of a free for all?

Kiper was saying today on Mike and Mike how he thought there could possibly be 4 QB's taken in the first round. Cam Newton and Gabbert will more than likely be the earlier picks and maybe Jake Locker mid to late 1st but I honestly do not see a team picking Andy Dalton in the first round. I mean if teams want to take those QB's that's fine with me...that will open up more DL/WR talent for the Browns.

@AdamSchefter
Adam Schefter
Bottom line: No free-agent signings during draft, no player trades during draft, only pick trades during draft. Free agency could start Mon.

I'm with you guys...pick all the QBs you want early. That will do nothing but help us.

But what are the rules as far as URFA and RFA?

Besides Newton & Gabbert I've heard Ponder, Locker, Dalton & Kaepernick are all in play.

SMH...thank God I'll be going to bed right after they pick. If they trade down I'm screwed because I usually go to bed at 9pm and I'm projecting them to select at about 9:30. I'm sure I'll see the desecration in the morning if Green's the pick.

I'm just hoping for someone to take Gabbert ahead of us because that will mean someone in my Top 3 (Peterson, Green, Dareus) will fall to us. I know a lot of teams will be wanting to trade up to take Peterson if he's there at 6 but I hope we tune them out. The only scenario where I want to trade down is if those 3 are gone already and someone blows us away.
