If they do take a WR, the writing is on the wall for Ocho Cinco. However, if they keep him for another year, I would think they would hold off on a WR with their 1st round pick.

Well hopefully they keep ocho so that they go other ways in the draft. I really think Green will be a really good receiver for the brownies and would be a perfect fit.

Ocho will not be at Cincy next season. Not a chance.

I prefer the 3-4, but at this point I'm in the dont give a shit category anymore. I want a defense that works.

Their is really only 1 difference between the two schemes.....the 3-4 is just a better way to confuse a QB. You can have 1 down lineman and have 10 guys standing up. This is how we beat the Saints and Patriots this year, we made it very confusing for Brees and Brady and they couldn't figure out who was blitzing, who was dropping in coverage. I think it gives you an advantage.

i wouldn't mind a pass rusher in the first and then titus young in the second...he definitely seems like a wco guy

That is a good article....I am one of the few that agree to pass on Green. As I have said before, WCO need good route runners who can seperate from defenders, they tend to be at or under 6'. I would like to see us go CB Peterson/Amukamara or DL/OLB Dareus/Von Miller with our first pick then try and grab a Titus Young, Austin Pettis, Jeff Maehl in the 2-4 rounds. Also try and draft Casey Mathews in 3-4 round.

Just heard on Mike & Mike that the Browns interviewed Wanny for their defensive coordinator position.

Would it make sense for the Browns to trade down for a later first round pick and an additional second round pick so they could pick up 2 second round recievers and a "biggest need" first rounder? I know that is vague but it would depend on what pick they drop down to and who is left on the board.

I am a Steelers fan but I am tired of the Brown's struggling so much. I need the Browns to get better so the Bengals get 2 losses a year from the Browns and 2 more from the Steelers.

A receiver that you can look for in the later rounds is Cecil shorts from mount union. He has extreme quickness and has great hands. He could make a great slot receiver in the wco. He reminds me a lot like maclin and I see no doubt he can be successful in the NFL

Browns special teams coach Brad Seely has left the #Browns, league source said, presumably for #49ers, whom he's been talking to today. This sucks, I liked him, thought he was an excellent STs coach.

I agree. He broke all of Pierre Garcon's records for receiver and as a track athlete. Has 4.35 speed, about 6'2" 195lb. I follow him on twitter (@CShorts10) and he's going to be in the East West game in Orlando. I think he posted it is this Saturday.

Wow that's awesome! And having knowing him personally he has amazing work ethic. He has definitely worked for what he has gotten

Color me unimpressed -- with basically everything Holmgren has done so far.

Losing Seely was just stupid. You find a way to keep one of the best special teams coaches in the league.

And Jauron? Sorry, not impressed again. We've moved too slowly on a lot of these hirings and lost out on some better choices, I think.

I've always felt that cecil shorts was a better receiver than garcon was at mount union.

Btw cecil was my suite mate lol
