Lake Superior State puts out their list of overused and/or retarded terms each year that need to be expunged from out language.

This year's big winner was VIRAL, with EPIC and FAIL close behind. Some others include MAN UP, or using Google or Facebook as verbs.

EPIC is on the top of my list. Kids use it WAY too much, and they sound retarded.

If I hear "at the end of the day" one more time I'm going to epically fail. What gets me is that top level businesses people and politicians use that phrase so often.

"I'm Just Sayin" is an interesting phrase. People think you can say whatever the hell you want about somebody and then they are supposed to forget after you utter those three words. "Your Mom is fat. I'm just sayin".
