First and goal from the 12?Each team gets a possession. If you win the toss, why the hell would you take the ball first? If you let NC take it first, you then know what has to be done to tie/win. If they get a FG, you know a TD wins it (but a FG ties it, so don't get greedy), a TD and you know a TD is needed. They miss entirely, and you know they only need a FG.
You never take the ball in college/hs overtime.

No...the other team could have first and goal from the 1 and you give them the ball first in OT for all of the reasons that Sykotyk said.
