Always in the front, and since I'm 6'8" I'm never in the back so I don't know.

I always wore it before, but my car now beeps at me if I don't put it on, or if there is someone in the passenger seat not wearing it. I think it's a great use of modern technology.

Except for when my dog is in the front seat and my car thinks it's a human and starts beeping because he's not wearing his seatbelt.

Always. I flipped a car once, end over end on it's side, and busted out every window but the moon roof. I walked away with just a couple of scratches. I'm glad I was wearing it that day, and every day since I make sure I have it on.

I wear mine, but it shouldn't be a law. I blame Obama, naturally.

It's in the car, it's convenient, it fastens easily, and it would be pretty stupid not to.

My husband's aunt died when she was riding in the middle of the back seat of a car during an accident. She went right through the windshield. My brother had his on in a head-on collision. He was critically injured but survived. The other driver was not so lucky. No seatbelt and out the windshield he went dying instantly. I wear mine all the time and taught my children to wear them.

I don't usually wear mine in town, I do on the interstate though all the time! If my son is with me though it is first thing we both do. I always ask him if he put his seat belt on before I put the car in drive.

wear mine always. Still waiting for the guy who says that his friend's cousin's sister was in a crash and wasn't wearing their seatbelt, and the EMT "told" them that not wearing it saved their life.

Yes, but only in the front seats. Unless I'm riding in the back with my niece(5 years old) or nephew(8 years old), then they make sure I also wear it in the back. :)

My mom(their grandma) usually doesn't wear her seatbelt, but they wont let her even back out of the driveway if she doesn't have her seatbelt on. :)

Even though I wear my seatbelt, I think the laws mandating adults wear seatbelts are crazy. If somebody doesn't wish to wear their seatbelt, that is their choice, as they are not causing any potential harm to myself or anyone else by driving or riding in a car without wearing a seatbelt.

Hardly ever, don't mind lap belt, can't tollerate shoulder belt. I know its a good idea but, like a helmet on a motorcycle, should be my choice, not the law.

What about the person causing the accident having to live with the fact they killed someone who should have lived had they been wearing a seatbelt? what about the little kid who sees your body ripped apart as you are ejected from your car? what about your family having to deal with your death?

well there are atleast 3 people effected by someone not wearing a seatbelt.
