I'm not going to get too indepth here at the moment, but I will say one or two things.

I have a hard time (as I've already said) justifying my tax dollars paying for some junkies habitual rehab stints. To me, if we are going to be forced to do it, it should be a one time deal. No more.
If a person gives in to their desires to pick up their habit again, let their health go where it may go - without my, yours or anybody else's "help". My heart only bleeds for about a minute with certain scenarios and my compassion will only stretch so far.

This is a good point but it doesn't take into account that other people's addiction will probably cost society more in the long run than even unlimited rehab would.

I agree that the security devices are been used in the malls and hotels, but still the crime takes place. And I think the security must be increased to some more extent.
