Different time periods, but in general would he have....I mean, selling your gold pants and Big Ten Championship ring for just a little bit of money???

Absolutely he would have...after he punched them in the face and broken some first down markers over their heads.

It would be interesting to see if the people all asshurt about what they sold are some of the same people who minimize things like league titles, stating that the national title is all that matters.

No, he would have been fired for punching John Clay in the throat earlier in the season.

I think he would not have let them play in the bowl game... They may be allowed back on the team in the future... based on completing painful, time consuming punishment, and then the other players would have to approve the return. If and only if, all terms of the punishment have been met to the school president's, the AD's, and the coaching staff's satisfaction. ????
In my opinion, they should be dismissed from their scholarships for the next year, unless the coaching staff/AD/President feel they were negligent in explaining the rules.

I think the players would of been too afraid to break any rules if Woody was a coach
