I don't know what to make of Oakland--they beat Tennessee, then get beat by Valpo (who lost to Toledo) while scoring 102 points...it'll be an interesting game for sure...GO BUCKS!!!!

This game is not going to be close.

I really think it could be 30+ a la the Asheville game.

Looking at some numbers for Oakland, it looks like they are pretty balanced. They have four main guys in Keith Benson, Reggie Hamilton, Will Hudson and Larry Wright. All four are averaging 30+ minutes and 10+ points. Benson averages 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Hudson checks in at 13 points and seven rebounds.

I'll be interested in seeing the matchup between Benson and Jared Sullinger, but I have the feeling the Buckeyes are going to roll in this one. I'll say 82-54.

Craft just carved them up on both ends tonight. I wonder what his stat line will be. Definitely no let-down for the Bucks tonight.

Oakland kept things relatively in reach until about 15:00 to go in the 2nd half then the Bucks really opened it up

Thomas managed to get up 10 shots in 15 minutes. Pretty awesome!!

Lauderdale had 6 blocks in a good defensive effort.

I love watching Craft play. He's all hustle all the time. Kind of like Ja'kel Foster with more talent.

Please tell me you don't have a problem with Thomas putting up 10 shots in 15 minutes?

Because that's his game and he can score the ball. I hate it when fans get on a player for playing the game the way he has always played and the way that got him the scholarship in the first place.

Thomas is a scorer who has the ability to rebound at a good rate. I love his mindset.

As for the game itself, Craft is a beast at PG. Love his all out hustle on both ends. I thought the Buckeyes would win by double digits, but this Oakland team wasn't some cupcake. They're a legit midmajor who has played a pretty tough schedule thus far. They just knocked off Tennessee, so that makes the outcome of this game even more impressive.

Gotta hand it to OSU, I thought they'd get upset by Oakland in this one. The fact they beat up Oakland by 29 makes me have to enjoy this crow with a little bit of salt and pepper.

Not in this game. I actually was pleased when I saw him pass up a shot in an attempt to get a teammate a better shot. In the past, I do think his shot selection has been poor.

Dumbass Bucks letting Oakland get that jumper with a few seconds left to only win by 29. Lol

I'd agree with this. But you could see he was feeling it last nite. And most if not all were pretty good shots. But he is what he is...a scorer, period. What I do like though, is that he hits the offensive boards hard. He doesn't settle for just jumpers. He can post up, he can hit the 3 and is able to get to the rim. Once he learns to have a better feel for what is going on and becomes a better defender...the guy has huge potential.

I have no issue with Buford shot selection. He forced a couple here or there...but overall, I think he takes what is there. My only issue is he often passes up an open shot, puts the ball on the floor and drives into the defense. He wasn't hitting last nite, obviously. But many of his shots were pretty good looks.

I've been watching Buford's shots during this slump he's in -- and just about everything he throws up there is short. It's like he suddenly got just a little bit weaker. In fact, it may be that he's not getting his feet set,so the ball is coming up a bit short.

He's an amazing scorer, though, so you have to let him keep shooting and figure he'll come out of it. Hopefully very soon, since the conference schedule starts in a week.

Hey dumbass...as I said, the tattoo shit was comical. The other stuff was not, which wasn't part of the original story, in case you didn't know. Now Oakland over OSU is absolutely comical! But at least they held it under 30!! lol Anymore predications bandwagon boy? Keep them coming!! Merry Xmas!

Oakland is a good mid-major capable of beating big time programs (@ Tennessee, 1 point loss @ Michigan State). I saw OSU struggle with IUPUI and randomly predicted Oakland would beat them...if that's ignorant, so be it. It was just a fucking prediction.
