To tell the whole story.....Rosch was dominating the match and was close to tech-falling Giffin, when he got stuck and was flash-pinned.

Was waiting for your response on this one. I wasnt there. I still think Giffin is a solid 160. My understanding is he was 5th at West Jefferson. He got stuck in the same pool as Brown (WC). Then had to wrestle Prather (WJ) as his first bout today. So his only losses were to those two at the tourney.

I only got to see him at one tri-meet. He obviously looked like a very good wrestler and the perception was a hardworking good guy. Didnt know he was at OU good for him. Whats his older brother doing now?

You'll see a new #1 @189 next week. Leidecker beat Brown (G) 16-6 in the quarters at brecksville. Good match! Brown should battle back and place still at brecksville.

Looks like Brown wrestled back and beat Brocky for 5th....Not sure what they will do now? Both kids are very good. Is Brocky staying at 189?

I think the Montgomery bout should be a close one. But, the Higgins bout will probably be ugly. Wasnt trying to put a target on his back and get other wrestlers jacked up to wrestle him. I just think the kids tough. And, he will do much better at District this year. If you could post the results of those two bouts next week would be great.

cruiser_96;610525 wrote:Here is what I sent. Sorry... Out of school = OUT OF MY MIND!!!!!!!!!!! Spending WAY too much time with the kids! They are the bomb though. Cutest little ankle munchers!

01. Marysville
02. Hilliard Davidson
03. Olentangy Liberty
04. Teays Valley
05. Gahanna
06. Lancaster
07. Hilliard Darby
08. Pickerington North
09. Westerville North
10. Mt. Vernon & Worthington Kilbourne

I'm sure some of those bottoms teams could switch out with teams like Orange, Coffman, Scioto, Central Crossing maybe. It just depends on the weekend, I guess.

I think the new order should go a little something like this......

1. Olentangy Liberty ( TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH!)
2. Teays Valley ( 3 placers at brecksville and Only had 13 wrestlers, 103 was out and would have scored some points, also big nace lost to McDougle in a close one again.)
3. Hilliard Davidson ( Tough team, DiSabato always gets them to peak at the right time.I think come Darby they might be a little tougher. Both Mickley and Gill Not place at Brecksville)
4. Gahanna ( Both McDougles and Brown are scorers, Teays has beat them 2 weeks in a row now.)
5. Lancaster ( i havent seen them yet but if i dont put them here, you know who is going to jump my bones!)
6. Dublin Coffman ( Very strong showing at Medina)
7. Hillard Darby ( another team doing well at medina. El geroushi Steps up big time)
8. Mt . Vernon
9. Westerville North
10. Pick North & Worthington Kilbourne & Orange

Thats just the way i see it.
