I'm sure they will be carrying it. And why would he have a link to listen in? I read about it on Twitter.

I can't find the official press release but the Dispatch is saying that he'll be discussing "possible NCAA rules violations." To me that doesn't sound any worse than saying he will be discussing allegations.

Now the official OSU athletic Facebook fan page says that they will "have more than rumors for you today at 1 pm (ET)."

Well how else do you add someone to an ignore list, other than going to their profile to add them from there?

Hit the word settings on top of the page. Then on your right hand side it says edit ignore list. Then you type in someones name. Quite simple.

Hahaha wtf. I think just going to their profile would be a much more simple way of doing it but whatever. Learn something new every day I suppose.

Its the only way I knew possible. ITs funny how he acts like he put me on his ignore list. Kinda funny when he's been on mine for months, but every time I start a topic he's the first to reply. So, evidently he reads my posts. And if he was on my ignore list, how would I write him pms. I notice he never showed proof. As I said, anyone who would believe this hoe-moe loses all credibility.

Back to topic.

Well according to Brewster's twitter, all his tats came from a studio in Orlando. So at least we won't have to worry about him, at least.

hahah, everyone is going crazy about this. I dont think anything will really come of it even if it did happen..tattoos are usually paid in cash..you cant track cash payments. Then who is to say what the value of a tattoo is? The tattooer. Everywhere you go the same one might be different value, and yes people do do them for free. I love OSU, but i dont think i would be doing a free $100 or so tattoo for a signed hat or football or something when you can get autographs for free at pretty much any public event a Buckeye is at

So, Helwagen says this...
Just received word that OSU athletic director Gene Smith will address the media at noon today about possible NCAA violations in the football program. We will attend the press conference and provide complete coverage afterwards.
I'm assuming he received that press release gibby was talking about. There are no violations, just possible ones aka allegations.

if it's just about free tattoos, I'm not worried. However, the pessimist in me is concerned that this is a deeper matter.

97.1 The Fan in Columbus just reported that Pryor, Herron, Posey, Adams (and maybe some others) will be eligible for the Sugar Bowl but must sit out the first 5 games next season and must contribute the value of services/goods received at a discount to a charity.

EDIT: Thomas is the other player suspended the first 5 games next year.

How can you be eligible for the bowl game but turn around and have to sit out 5 games next season?

They might as well all go pro if that's the case.

5 games? It you are serious, players might as well go pro, and OSU's title hopes for next season go down the tube possibly.
