Trying not to repeat any songs (repeated some mentioned artists)
4 Non Blondes - Whats Up
Black Crowes - Remedy and She Talks to Angels
Eve 6 - Inside Out
Fastball - The Way and Out of My Head
R.E.M. - Your favorite....
Rusted Root - Send Me On My Way
Sister Hazel - All For You, Just Remember and Superman
Third Eye Blind - Semi-Charmed Life and Jumper
The Wallflowers - 6th Avenue Heartache
Michael Jackson - Jam and Black or White
Live - Lightning Crashes
Jane's Addiction - Been Caught Stealing and Jane Says (technically 1988)
EMF - Whats Up
Republica - Ready To Go
Some off the top of my head. Some I had to make sure they qualified. 90s had some awesome music!

Laley, I agree the 90s had some good music...I would say that I enjoy 80s music better.
I work with a coach who can name just about any late 80s song in the first 10 seconds. He is just amazing at it. I find the most obscure bands and songs and he gets them -- usually anything 85-86 and beyond.
So if anyone wants to throw out some 80s music, I'd enjoy that too.

A 90s playlist without Nirvana or Pearl Jam simply isn't a 90s playlist ...

These might not all be 90's, may be some 2000 or 2001 in there but all songs I associate with that era since I was in middle school at the end of the 90's and I too love 90's music.
Everclear - Wonderful
Duncan Sheik - Barely Breathing
Barenaked Ladies - One Week, Pinch Me
Blink 182 - Adam's Song, What's My Age Again?, Rock Show, First Date, All The Small Things
Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly
Savage Garden - Truly Madly Deeply
Third Eye Blind - How's It Gonna Be
Matchbox 20 - Back 2 Good, Real World, 3 A.M.
Goo Goo Dolls - Iris, Black Balloon, Slide
Train - Meet Virginia
Vertical Horizon - You're A God, Everything You Want

Agreed I was amazed no one had mentioned them before your post.
A band that didnt get known until 2000 but my favorite song of theirs was recorded in 1999 is The Little Things by Good Charlotte. Also some Sum 41 came around in the early 2000's and there first two big CDs(All Killer No Filler and Does This Look Infected were awesome)certainly have some great songs from those albums. Sum 41 was one of my favorite bands in high school and I've always been a fan of GC's early stuff. 90s and early 00s is my favorite type of music though this thread certainly brings back memories of songs I used to listen to constantly and still listen to every so often.
swaimsez I hope your drive went well man and you found enough music to help you through the 7 hour drive.
Edit just noticed OneBuckeye mentioned The Little Things haha.
