At what level do you think he will get a job at? OC? QB coach?
Hearing interesting rumors that I can not link and elaborate on.

Id guess he pops back up on BB's staff next year. Id be very careful about writing him off. Look how BB turned out once he had a few coaching years under his belt.

I just don't think he was ready to be a head coach when he was hired. I don't blame him for that, I blame Denver for a bad hire. Maybe him getting fired will put his ego in check and he can get back to doing what he does best.

He's still very young and will get another shot eventually.

I do wonder if he would make a better college coach though. He wants to have complete control over things and be more of a dictator, which seems to work better at the college level compared to the NFL.

I do not know how you feel about it, but your post brings up another interesting point. Do the Browns write of Mangini and miss out on a Belichick type again? Could McDaniels take over next year for Dabol?

I do not think they will rid of Dabol before the year ends. Rookie QB named for the rest of the year. I think putting a new system in place would harm him mid year.

As a Browns fan I hope Mangini sticks around but fires Daboll and hires McDaniels. Yet as dynasty said, if the rumors of Hillis and McDaniel's wife are true I can't see him coming here.

Mid year? Dude, it's the end of the season. And I don't see McDaniels coming to Cleveland...nor am I sure I want him to.

Does McDaniels get to bring Tom Brady?

When are people going to realize that Tom Brady/Bill Belichick are about 95% responsible for the success of that franchise?

Can McDaniels even work for an NFL team next year and still collect his money from Denver? I don't know the terms of his contract, but often coaches have to sit out to collect from a job that they were fired from.

I'd take Joshie in NY as the OC.

His name is being thrown around on the Florida boards as a possible OC candidate for Will Muschamp
