Is this the movie you saw?

It's not actually a sequel to the 1997 movie Titanic. According to the description it's about a new boat named Titanic II.

Yes, that was the cover. I figured it wasn't a sequel. Kind of the same way American Pie Beta House really isn't a sequel to 1,2,and 3.
