I think your wrong on that count, diving in to the endzone when there is no need to is a form of taunting/unsportsman like conduct and gets flagged all the time. It's a different story if he's diving in to beat a tackle while trying to score (ala Polamalu yesterday), that's legal. Even if Jackson dives straight forward he gets called for the penalty because there wasn't anyone with in five yards of him.
