Very good point ...and you are right kids need a reality check and a hard lesson of what life is all about .... cut them from the team, have to try-out to become a member and just because you're smart and the work comes easy ...you are not the best nor worthy to be the idea student.... you dip wad
I know I found ways to over come my lack of reading/ grammar skills and my daughter also found ways to achieve ...
She would estimate the assignment and be two weeks ahead in her classes in high school 4.0 and in college she and two other friends shared their knowledge 3.8 GPA... One was good at English/ reading , the other sciences and my daughter at math....they helped and supported each other ..... She now has a Master Degree in Architecture.

I know my weakness and some of you like to make fun ( I’m good with that) bottom line however is I fail and I achieve but I never quite or give up…. I know who I am and what I can do and achieve …I just have to figure out how to get there….
