Almost. Was sent to the hospital with my arrest paper instead. Lucky me, I guess.

I actually got thrown into the holding fence one night back in 1997 in Athens, you know that holding cage they used to set up, and some crazy ass drunk bastard, before they processed us, busted through the gate and ran away....well...so did everyone guarding the Andy Taylor processing shack....

Everyone kinda just looked at each other, and the open door.....and ran like we stole it.

I being smarter than the average bear, went back to my buddies dorm.....slept it off....with a lady I met that night after they all came home! LOL

Lessons learned from this, never carry a real ID with you if you are under 21, never break up a fight when you are under 21 (I was breaking up a fight, and they were going to charge me with misconduct...a ticket I know...but I was actually pulling one guy off another guy when the cops came up, they wouldn't listen) and lastly, get locked up with the Juggernaut, who has no fear and made it a solid 100 yards before 3 cops finally got him to the ground.

(Side note, that was the last year I went down there I ever aw the chain link drunk tank, they ALSO learned their lesson.)

Ahhh, I was such a DUMBASS in my younger days.

I was at jail today from 1:30-2:30....I've taught an anger management/educational programs class for 6 years.
