It was good timing for the Patriots to play the Steelers last time.
The Steelers had just played three straight road games and that was their third primetime game in a row.
Next time the defense will have a lot more life and they'll give Brady more of a test than many will expect.

Jaguars will win the division if they beat the Colts Sunday. The Jags would be 9-5 and the Colts 7-7 but the Jags won both games so even if the Colts win their last two to make it 9-7 vs. 9-7 the Jags would own the head-to-head tiebreaker.
But if the Colts win their last three, including next week, they'll finish 10-6 and they'll win the division.
Next week's game Jags vs. Colts is HUGE! Jags have to step up and take care of business themselves.
Chargers also would win the division if they win out and the Chiefs lose one. Chiefs need to win out.

Is there ever a good time to play the Brady and the Pats?

For the Steelers I think there are a lot of better times than that particular week.
If they meet in the playoffs it will be a different story, I believe.
The Steelers defense will have a better pass rush and more to throw at Brady. Plus Aaron Smith will probably be back.
No question the Steelers offense would have to play a lot better than they've been playing.
Bottom line is I won't hand the Patriots the Super Bowl today.

I think I'd rather the Chargers and Colts MAKE the playoffs though.
More tough teams. I'd rather the Patriots have another potential opportunity to lose in the divisional round than just a game where they'll win 48-0.

You think Steelers beat Patriots in New England? Since the Patriots beat the Steelers, the Pats are getting better each week on both sides of the ball. They're getting better!! Can the Steelers say that?

We get it dude. You are a Pats fan or enthusiast. They are playing great but the bottom line is that they can be beat.

No he's a Browns fan that as usual this time of year has to root for another team in the playoffs.Btw I like Baltimores chances against the Pats if it would play out that way.

THe Steelers can still have ball control and kill the clock and if they could pressure him some don't think one of the big play defenders couldn't take one the other way.....that really evens things out.

Thanks captain obvious. I'm assuming of course that the 2 in their 11-2 record are the # of times they were beat.

No Tom Brady isn't Carson Palmer......but he wasn't back when Champ Bailey took him for a game changing INT the other way VERY deep with the Pats ready to go up pretty big.......
Harrison and Woodley can make Tom Brady turn into Carson Palmer on occasion.....it might only take one time. Harrison and Woodley are also good at dropping back into coverage unexpectantly and both have good hands considering......Brady loves the short throw over the middle to the diminutive white guys......could be up for grabs once or twice.

Ok? First off chief if you read the earlier posts you would see what I meant by that. The dude said the Pats couldn't be beat.

The Steelers are getting better. It's tough to notice because they've been getting hosed by the officials, which has held them back offensively.
If Brady took one of the 20 late hits that Ben has taken, that hasn't even resulted in one penalty, he'd be out for the season.

"It's tough to notice because they've been getting hosed by the officials, which has held them back offensively"<<<<Another excuse
The Steelers have scored only 1 offensive touchdown the last 3 weeks(against 2 teams with losing records) and you think they are getting better?...Please explain.

They're getting better because of the additions of Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown. Two speedy rookies. They've given Ben more options in four and five wide receiver sets. The Steelers have moved the ball they just haven't been able to finish drives.
The defense is playing better. Polamalu and some others like Woodley have picked it up. Keisel has returned and been very active.

actually that's bush league to go from one team to another for one year
you're a fraud for doing that
but as far as the records, New England has one more victory than Pittsburgh 11-2 vs. 10-3 and the Steelers played four games without their starting quarterback and have had a slightly stronger schedule
