I'll be heading to the College of Wooster in a matter of minutes for my first look at the Generals this year. Could be a rough one tonight with no Lalonde, but we'll see how it goes.

At least the Generals aren't playing this beast from Brunswick.

Man, if you held your opponent to 45, you would expect a win. Only 33?

Both teams came dressed in their white jerseys. Hillsdale had to go change, and they are now wearing the College of Wooster's gold jserseys. Haha! We had to change the jersey numbers of almost all Hillsdale's players.

33 points. Wooster is a better team than that.

LaLonde would have made a HUGE difference, IMO.

Back when I played we were always told to bring both to every game.thePITman;605513 wrote:Both teams came dressed in their white jerseys. Thanks for sharing and, yes, I am bitter. We are in a funk, BUT there is still hope. Congrats to Hillsdale for handing it to us. Well done.

Hillsdale looks solid this season.
I would say the best all around team to play today would be Brunswick. Very solid on both ends of the court, very athletic, and terrific outside shooting.

I would have loved to see Hillsdale (or maybe even Orrville) against Brunswick to see how they can do. I think Hillsdale would hang right there with Brunswick. I was very impressed with the Falcons tonight.

Your welcome. Just looking to provide some valuable advice from the past. Perhaps Orville should have worn the gold jerseys?
Pitman, according to your webcast stats Huffman shot 100% from the field. 5/5 and 4/4 beyond the arc. That is some nice shooting.

I'll give you that.
That 2-3 zone with the little trap out top takes away perimeter shooting, and forget about an inside game.

Man, it sure does pain me to say this....congrats to the WCAL Falcons in beating Orrville. When a team has 1 scoring option it makes it hard to win games. Congrats again Hillsdale....atleast it wasn't a loss in football

It was an enjoyable and exciting day of HS basketball. Glad I was able to attend.
Hard fought games, come from behind wins, overtime. Good times. A very fitting tribute to Smitty.

I'm sure he would've wanted an Orrville win! None the less it is always a great day of basketball!
