Some teams just have terrible defenses and nothing you'll run will stop the CPU. I did a dynasty with Houston and had to outscore every opponent I played (including #110 Rice)
My first dynasty was with OSU, but I've been playing with Oregon. Keep in mind that this is about 3 years into my Dynasty and I've recruited most of my defense.
