Oklahoma fans will, and there are a lot of them. The rating will still suck, but not nearly as bad as VT/UConn.

Right now the Bengals would have the #2 pick.

However, Carolina has the #1 locked up, lost to Cincinnati head to head and will take Andrew Luck without a doubt.
