Hartley High School football team's Noah Key and Omar Lane combined to rush for 247 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries to help the Hawks beat Chagrin Falls 34-14 and win the Division IV state title Friday at Massillon Paul Brown Tiger Stadium.

Hartley dominated on both sides of the ball. The Hawks finished with 292 yards rushing Key had 130 yards on 24 carries and Lane added 117 yards on six carries while they held Chagrin Falls to 135 total yards. Hartley found success in the air, as well. Quarterback Austin Underwood finished 5-for-6 passing for 79 yards with two touchdowns.

Hartley led 20-13 entering the fourth quarter, before adding two touchdowns to secure the win. Both teams finished the season 13-2.

Key, the Central District's Division IV Offensive Player of the Year, finished the season with 2,885 yards and 42 touchdowns. He also surpassed 1,000 yards rushing in five playoff games.

"He's electric," Chagrin Falls coach Mark Iammarino told ThisWeekSPORTS.com a few days before today's game. "People put 'X' number of players in a box but can't stop him. He has the ability to accelerate and then stop on a dime. He's a tall order to handle."

^^^not at all. Could care less where you sent it from. Many on here are very familiar with HS football and many on here DON'T like the way Catholic schools recruit or should I say..."play the system.

Keep trying. I'm not at the game and secondly I didn't go go a Catholic High School. But catholic or not I like the title coming back to Columbus!

Congrats Hartley. I never saw their uniforms before but I was really digging how the cross stands out.
