The thing that isn't being talked about, that I think is worth mentioning is that this is the team that Gilbert put around Lebron. Sure Lebron didn't show fight in game 4 last year (or whatever game it was), but the rest of the roster showed that they lack the same thing. Lebron carried that team to a height where some thought they were Championship contenders, yet they were a poor collection of NBA players. Gilbert gets credit for doing "whatever it took" to put guys around Lebron, but last night we saw what that actually was, and honestly it's a disgrace.
Lebron might not win a title in Miami this year, but if nothing else, it won't be solely on his shoulders. He has Wade and Bosh. And then two of Miami's best five players didn't even play last night (Haslem and Miller). Riley was able to put pieces around Lebron in a matter of weeks, something that Gilbert couldn't get done in all of Lebron's years in Cleveland.
