I am impressed by a lot of you. I don't eat many off the wall things. I definitely won't do any organs, I just think there are some things that shouldn't be ate by humans.
I guess the most extreme I have gone is pokeberry greens. Nothing special, but something that's not usually eaten.

Pokeberry greens. I was raised on that. My Dad loved them...on the other hand my sister actually ate Pokeberrys...landed her a few days in the Hospital.

My grandma could cook some good greens. Those were my favorite.
I always knew not to eat pokeberries -- but they do look enticing to try. Instead, my brother, my cousins, and I would always "paint" with them. Oh, the entertainment of growing up on a farm.

OSH, the only reasonshe ate them was due to an older girl telling her the were Blueberries. A few years earlier she ate a toad stool because a different girl told her it was just a mushroom...ya think she would've learned, but she was just 5 or 6 at the time.
