That would be a pretty interesting Sugar Bowl... I'd like to see us against Arkansas...

Heck I don't see why not. South Cackalacky is looking good now, and although props for Auburn for pulling of the win in Tuscaloosa, it was more like Bama crapping the bed. In the ACC F$U has just as much talent as Vippie Sue. I think the game could go either way.

This. Obviously the outcome of the games next week could change things, but this is how I see things playing out. The Rose and Sugar are basically set in stone, in my opinion.

If Auburn lost to South Carolina next week, South Carolina would go to the Sugar Bowl and Auburn would be fighting for an at-large bid.

Yeah, that's why I said next week's games could change things. If things work out the way I think they will, the Rose and Sugar aren't much of a guessing game. The Fiesta and Orange are a little less predictable just because the B12, Big East, and ACC are all kind up in the air at the moment.

How college football cannot have a playoff is still beyond me.

Right now:

#1 Oregon vs Arkansas
#2 Auburn vs Michigan St
#3 TCU vs Ohio State
#4 Wisconsin vs Stanford

Winners face the following week and then the following week we have a National Champion

The 1st round games could all be the Rose, Fiesta, Sugar and Orange Bowl.....then other 23 or so bowls could still happen with 46 deserving bowl eligible teams.

I'm sure no one would watch this....whatever.

Why do you have no Big 12 team in the Fiesta? The Big 12 champion is tied to that bowl.

I am not sold that Wisky will stay ahead of OSU in the BCS and here is why. Wisky will move up one spot in the polls because of the BSU loss; however, OSU will move up two spots because of the LSU loss since LSU was wedged between the two teams in both the harris and coaches poll. We will need to see how the computers work out. Here is a clip I found on bcsguru.com where thery actually have OSU jumping Wisky in the BCS:

Rose Bowl: LSU's loss made the Wisconsin-Ohio State race much closer, because the Tigers were wedged between these two teams in the polls. So close that the Guru is calling Ohio State to edge slightly in front. Keep in mind that the Big Ten will send the highest ranked team in the final BCS standings to the Rose Bowl, so this won't be decided until next week even though the Big Ten schedule is done.

Not possible. Fiesta gets last pick and will be stuck with Big East champ. Orange would not select an unranked Big East team over what will be #4 Stanford.

Anyone that thinks the Orange Bowl will select the Big East winner (Unranked) over #4 Stanford is an idiot.
