Tell what to #8 HHW? He didn't say that 5-8 seeds don't stand a chance.

Never said that he said they don't stand a chance. Just replying to his comment. They wouldn't have even been in the playoffs if only 4 teams got in and now they are playing for a state title. I like the top 8 making it and both of you should as well because Massillon and Dover would have been sitting at home this year.

Sounds good to me. I agree that there should be some kind of punishment for leaving a team hanging. What would be a suitable notice if a team does not want to continue a series?Thinthickbigred;577973 wrote:Id like to see team or school held accountable when they bail out on signed contracts..especially at the last minute..

1) State finals always Thanksgiving weekend.
2) Strength of schedule factored into Harbin points

AL, strength of schedule is the harbin points......You get more points for playing a bigger school, and you get points if those teams you beat are winning games.
Orrville had the toughest schedule in all of Division IV, finished 7-3 and were the 3 seed.
I have also noticed that 3 of the teams playing in the finals have 3 losses....that shows how SOS helps in a teams prep for the playoffs.
