I find it amusing what some people label as old school. I grew up in the early 70's, no cable, and cartoons were only on Saturday mornings. Hell we didn't even have a color television until I was in junior high school.

Not trying to give the old We walked barefoot to school speech, just amusing myself at other definitions of old school.

I also liked some of the cartoons from the early 90s (Doug, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko...) I wish there was a channel that dedicated itself to playing these shows. I don't know if there is or not.

I think... I guess the animated characters themselves are often referred to as cartoons too.
